A little bit about me...
Scott Arvin was born in Naples, Florida, and raised in Gainesville, where he developed deep roots in the community he proudly serves today. A graduate of Flagler College in St. Augustine, he earned a degree in Communications with a minor in Advertising, providing a strong foundation for his career in real estate and business.
Scott has built a respected reputation in the industry through his leadership, service, and commitment to excellence. He was honored as Realtor of the Year in 2007 by the Women's Council of Realtors and consistently recognized with the Honor Society Award. His leadership roles include serving as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (2009–2010), Past President of the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors, and Past District Vice President for the Florida Chapter of the Certified Residential Specialists.
In addition to his sales expertise, Scott oversees and leads the property management division at Matchmaker Realty, where he applies a strategic, systems-driven approach to managing investment properties. His hands-on leadership ensures both property owners and tenants receive exceptional service, while maximizing long-term asset value and performance.
Known for his strategic mindset and dedication to client success, Scott finds the greatest fulfillment in helping clients achieve their goals—whether that’s securing an investment property, launching a business venture, or finding the perfect home.
Outside of real estate, Scott’s greatest joy is his family. He and his wife, Gia, cherish time with their daughter Avery, their beloved mini farm filled with animals, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
