Melissa Hinote was born in Illinois, raised in Gainesville, Florida. Melissa is happily married and is the mother of four boys and has seven grandchildren. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, friends, cooking, fishing, camping and traveling. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Melissa worked in Healthcare Administration for over 25 years. Melissa has a passion for real estate and investing. Melissa specializes in Single family homes, Duplexes/Triplexes, Residential Multi-family homes, Mobile homes and vacant land. Melissa works with her clients to provide updated information on current market conditions, the process of buying or selling in our local area.
