Kelly Davison is a proud member of the ACR Club and a lifelong Floridian, born at AGH and raised in the close-knit small towns of Alachua County. With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, Kelly has focused exclusively on property management—building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service to tenants and owners with a customer-first approach.

She and her husband James—her partner in life for over 25 years—share a strong and supportive bond. Kelly is a proud mother of two and even prouder grandmother, affectionately known as “Two-Mama” to her three beloved grandchildren.

Outside of work, Kelly is an avid reader and devoted coffee enthusiast. She’s also a passionate sports fan and proudly supports all things Gator athletics.
