A little bit about me...
Becky Smallwood was born and raised in the Gainesville area. She is truly a local expert. Becky earned her business degree from Santa Fe College. Prior to real estate,
she was in the insurance industry. She has a wealth of knowledge both in real estate
and insurance to offer her customers.
Becky dedicates herself to providing the BEST customer service! She helps guide you along the way and truly listens to your needs and will never force you to make a purchase decision.
She is very active in the real estate community serving on and chairing multiple committees. Becky volunteers in the local community with Boy Scouts, Woman’s Club, and the Optimist club.
When not working or volunteering she enjoys spending time with her three wonderful children. They enjoy hiking, kayaking, spring hopping, and camping. She loves the outdoors and can’t wait to share her knowledge of the local area with you.
