I’m Marquita—your real estate advisor with a blend of experience, strategy, and a touch of wanderlust. Before putting down roots in Gainesville, I had the opportunity to live in 12 different states and travel through all 48 in the continental U.S. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding that “home” isn’t just a place—it’s a feeling, a lifestyle, and a vision for what’s next.

Originally born in South Dakota and raised exploring Iowa, my journey eventually led me to Gainesville in 2013 (with a short stop in Tampa along the way). This is where my family and I have chosen to plant roots and build a life we love.

My husband Andrew, a Marine Corps veteran, and I are raising our two children here with a focus on family, experiences, and creating meaningful memories. Whether it’s kayaking, traveling, or simply enjoying time together, we value a life well lived—and I bring that same perspective into how I serve my clients.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and advanced designations including GRI, ABR, SRES, and SFR—as well as holding a Broker’s license—I approach real estate with both heart and expertise. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, Veterans, investors, and sellers, guiding them with clarity, strategy, and care.
