Gia Arvin is a native in Gainesville, Florida, Broker/Owner of Matchmaker Realty of Alachua County, Inc., and a second-generation real estate professional proudly continuing the company her mother founded in 1984. A graduate of Buchholz High School, Santa Fe College, and the University of Florida, Gia’s roots run deep in the North Central Florida community she serves.

After a brief time in St. Augustine working with the St. Johns County School Board, Gia returned home to Gainesville and joined Matchmaker Realty, where she has built a reputation for exceptional service, strong leadership, and a passion for helping others succeed. She has consistently been recognized for her achievements, including being named Realtor® of the Year by the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors® and Florida Realtors®, Realtor of the Year in 2025.

Gia has held numerous leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels. She is a Past President of the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors®, Past District Vice President for Florida Realtors, and Past Florida State President of the Women’s Council of Realtors®. In 2024, she proudly served as President of Florida Realtors, representing over 240,000 members across the state and advocating for property rights, homeownership, and the real estate profession.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to mentoring future industry leaders, Gia is passionate about elevating those around her—whether clients, agents, or colleagues. Her greatest professional fulfillment comes from delivering exceptional results and creating meaningful, lasting relationships.

Outside of real estate, Gia’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband Scott stay busy with their daughter Avery, their beloved mini farm filled with animals, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
